RETURN PROCEDURE

At BINOCLE FACTORY, we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses 100% but If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us via email at support@binocle-factory for a return or replacement. Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Before sending your return please contact our customer team via email at support@binocle-factory.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Make sure the product returned is in its original condition (not worn or altered). Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for costs associated with sending the return.

A refund or replacement will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 20 days of that date.

If the item was on promotion and marked final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund. These products will clearly state that they are in promotion in their description.

Binocle Factory reserves the right to refuse any damaged returns.
